Couple of clean sheets too when we had shipped around ten goals in four games before he arrived. Still early days and will be plenty ups and down before end of season. I’ve noticed he spends the whole game stood on the sidelines barking orders, he seems very vocal and front facing in that aspect. Unlike the last cunt who was in the dugout checking the Scottish premier league scores. |

Can’t believe we offered a 3.5 year deal day one so maybe that was the delay. If Critchley stuck out for it then well done him and how stupid are we?

I know how you feel mate I’m furious but the problems at this football club stem from a lack of standard, a lack of accountability and a lack of professionalism. From the board right the way to the playing squad. That is not going to change in 5 games. It’s going to take time and i personally don’t think we will see his team and ideas properly coming across until the summer. The snake has fucked us with the loan signings and the players were sold the dream. I’m 100% confident critchly will be a good fit for us. He just needs to be given a chance. I saw people calling for his head after 1 defeat which is not only completely irrational but also exactly the swing door mentality we’ve got to get away from. We had stability with warbs but he told the powers that be stuff they didn’t want to hear. The dof role needs to go for me I don’t think it’s necessary |

And tell us where the fuck Stefan is. give him 2 transfer windows then we can decide if Critchley is any good....i personally think Les is in a job that shouldnt exist at QPR and i think him being here undermines the manager or head coach......first thing i would do is call the boss First Team Manager not head coach i think the squad Beale gave him was wrong in so many ways was a miracle we were top under beale remember before the drop in form we did lose to Blackpool and draw with Rotherham he jumped ship because of 2 reasons maybe 3 1. he loves Rangers 2 he saw this form dip coming possible 3rd Lack of funds and hands tied to do anything about this |

Impressive post match interview. I'm warming even more to him. At least he's honest and doesn't take any prisoners, which is refreshing. Rightly so, he digs out the players but it was thoroughly deserved. He also points to the well documented issues from before his arrival that clearly still exist - fair play for that too.

Coming into a club or any business to suddenly lift the spirit,attitude,performance level,enthusiasm etc is a colossal task which like it or not Ian Holloway managed to do.
I am not suggesting he come back.
I feel the situation at the club now is worse than when the buckets were out.
We had drive then along with all the other attributes listed above but I don't see that now.

Don't worry Jim, it gets a lot easier to take when you're in your 60s mate! And that's the truth. I simply can't be bothered to waste more than a few seconds of my life getting in a lather about QPR. I used to be like you, possibly worse. I think it took me about a month to get over Vauxhall Motors! But these days, well... meh. I still get really excited when we win, mind you. But when we lose, I just move on to something else. Maybe that's what they call maturity 😂

Don't worry Jim, it gets a lot easier to take when you're in your 60s mate! And that's the truth. I simply can't be bothered to waste more than a few seconds of my life getting in a lather about QPR. I used to be like you, possibly worse. I think it took me about a month to get over Vauxhall Motors! But these days, well... meh. I still get really excited when we win, mind you. But when we lose, I just move on to something else. Maybe that's what they call maturity 😂
This with sadness how I am feeling now. It's quite gut wrenching that a group of people like our hiarchy like our board and so called DOF don't seemingly give a fuck. |

I am currently clinging to the solitary hope that Critchley will prove to be a good appointment. Impressed so far and needs to be given time. Unrealistic to expect an instant change in fortunes as it takes time for players to learn a new coach's approach and methods.

Used to plan my life around QPR games, now the sunshine brochure is more important….unless it’s the play-offs etc. So not a problem this year!😂 |

Listening to Critchley does not impress me, he appears to have a very weak personality to be an inspirational manager to the players.
He still hasn’t sussed out some players are not first team quality, seeing Hamerlinan in training every day then selecting him is a disgraceful lack of player judgment.
The poor form of our best players in both Willock and chair is a worrying sign that the players don’t agree with his methods.
When Beale was appointed there was a flurry of video interviews with Ferdinand and Bahiita proclaiming he was the messiah, where were those same people when Critchley was installed.

How many fans on here would think Dickie and Dunne are a good partnership Would they stick with 2 CBs with what’s available. Would they pick Hamerlinan ,Dozzell and Dykes. Would they give more mins to Richards ,Armstrong or some youngsters. Would they have made same subs and the timing of them against Sheff Utd and Fleetwood. He was expecting todays result at half time why didn’t he change it earlier. Im guessing Critchley has done very little homework on us prior to him taking the job. |
