From memory Critchley is the spitting image of a comedian on tv many years ago, his name was Dick Emery Oh you are awful but I like you!

From there it looks more like his assistants take the sessions, with him just observing.

I'm convinced Dick Emery would have done a better job than some of the previous incumbents.
And it would certainly have been more fun. Which is kind of what you want if you're not very good at football.
We've been not been good at it since Colin Adel primetime.

For a year under Warbs we were very good - just a shame it was a calendar year that straddled 2 seasons lol

Starting to see a fair few questioning this appointment on twitter and on here. Me too. It’s fucking embarrassing and people need to give their heads a wobble and support the club. He’s lost one fucking game. This club is really turning to an embarrassment and it’s the supporters who are leading the way. Absolutely pathetic

Can’t judge him until he’s had the rest of this season IMO.
His demeanour and voice doesn’t inspire me I’ll be honest but it’s what he does on the training ground is what matters.
What I will say though is fans booing last night when he took Chair off was not only embarrassing but totally uncalled for.
Chair was shit and clearly not match fit. To boo a manager for making a sub on his first game is just ridiculous.
Shodipo was a shock inclusion but I’d argue he was the best player in a QPR shirt last night. At least it shows the manager has some balls in making a big call & is willing to try something new.
Let’s give him time to get his ideas across before writing him off.
Last night was a very hard watch but that’s QPR all over.

I'm hoping for 10 more points this season and going to buy a rabbit's foot.

😂 we might need a bit of ju ju to help us. We have 21 games left. He needs the bulk of that plus a striker in January to change our fortunes.

Problem is not Neil Critchley it’s The Board and Les
The have created a team that will always be a championship team
Because it suits there budget
Les can make the decisions with out anyone saying why .
Get rid of DOF and get a fucking proper manager
Until this happens nothing changes until Les retires rich.

To boo a manager for making a sub on his first game is just ridiculous. It was actually because he was ill. The same bug going round the camp that's laid JCS low. He was really ill when he came off and went straight down the tunnel. So yes, booing that decision was obviously totally uncalled for.

Shouldn’t that rule out booing full stop, given the manager is far more privy to players fitness etc than fans.

Fans booing a substitution is bad enough but on a managers very first home game at the club is fucking shocking. And as mentioned the fact he was ill I hope the silly cunts that booed him feel really silly.

Chair literally minute after second half started went side and said needed to come off. Amazed he lasted as long as he did.

To his credit he is slowly turning the ship round: 5 pts in 4 games vs 0 pts in the Eel/Hall's 4 previous games.

Couple of clean sheets too when we had shipped around ten goals in four games before he arrived.
Still early days and will be plenty ups and down before end of season.
I’ve noticed he spends the whole game stood on the sidelines barking orders, he seems very vocal and front facing in that aspect.
