Its ten games now when we last won, since before Christmas last year.
How many more games are you honestly happy to accept us not winning? Paul Hart had a one in five win ratio and is regarded by many as among our worst managers.
Critchley has only 1 win in his last 10, and that was ten games ago back in mid Dec soon after he arrived.
Another five winless games? Ten? Or even till the end of the season?
Am normally patient with our managers and don't even care too much about results as this season has long been dead but what worries me is I don't see any improvements and he can't motivate the team.

Be tempted to sack him and make Les take it on till the end of the season and earn his salary for a change.

none. i would sack him right now and would be questioning why i gave him a 3 and a half year deal.
he's not suited for our job, he's fucking hopeless. 1 win in 11, no win in 10. we look toothless and inept all over the field.
but the club can't do that as it would expose them for how shite they are.

I think he’s been poor tbh but it’s easy to say ‘get rid’
Him & his coaching team all need to be paid up. A new manager and his team need to be paid with no guarantee of success by the way.
We’ve rolled the dice so need to stick with it for financial reasons unfortunately.

We have a director of football - presumably he was the name put forward by Les (presumably with Hoos's agreement). Its not the board's job to scour the Dutch league or League 1 for our head coach. |
