He's not up to this, very few would be.
I thought Mowbray's post match comments were very telling. The board have to correct this poor appointment and not wait.

I'm just surprised Mowbray took so long to work out that Dunne and Dickie have zero cover at CM......been like that all season.

exactly. It's not often an opposition gaffer - especially an old hand like Mowbray - will express that kind of critique of opposition tactics. |

We are in a precarious position now as the new manager is clearly not getting a tune out of these players. His appointment hasn't had an impact in the slightest, I'd go as far as to say we're actually getting worse.
Confidence is rock bottom, injuries are piling up and we are on the run from hell.
How on earth can that be turned around? We may get a win but this team has not got the minerals to put a good run together I'm convinced.
3.5 year deal or not I do think the owners need to have a very serious think about things as this has turned out to be a horrific appointment. Les Ferdinand & Lee Hoos need to be relived of their duties immediately as their history record makes very grim reading.
