Critchley has done himself no favours by not selecting players when they were fit to play, why would he carry on selecting Dunne and Dickie when Salter was fit.Same could be said of Willock and Richards.
I can’t see any points with this limp cunt in charge.

If Critchley is the problem, maybe his mate Beale told him what a soft touch we are and take as much as he can, thus the board getting their pants pulled down again. 3 and half year contract 😂.
If we do sack him which I doubt, who we going to get and how much it going to cost the club.
You guys who want him sacked, answers please?

Critchley although terrible form and some of the blame must be put on his motivation skills is not who we need to get rid of problem will continue with whoever is in charge at QPR for me the manager is not in charge its the director of football that needs to go
MW demonstrated this he should have been kept on as hes been our best manager since Neil Warnock and seemed to handle the confusion on board/DOF/ head coach and seemed prepared to put up with it his financial background with previous employment probably put him in good stead for this gig. so under this regime MW would have been perfect but we would only be slightly higher than we are now but would still be in sight of the play offs.
Beale im not going to try and back this geezer up as it seems he has got fatter whilst being at the bigger Rangers. but im now asking myself did he act the way he did because he saw the weaknesses in the board and the confusion us having a director of football? to me no manager weve had is able to sign the players they want.
Everyman and his dog knew we needed 1 or 2 new strikers in the summer window.....Beale ended up getting Tyler Roberts and Taylor Richards on loan the board must have made this happen Beale would have been asking for 3 million to sign this striker surely even if it was 1 or 2 million to sign someone on loan like ARcher???
Critchley apart from leaving Ireogbunam out the last two line ups has he stamped his authority on this squad? to me it looks like he isnt able to
end of this very confusing post is the plain fact of matter now with the past 2 seasons DOF has lost the plot which has made our head coach confused which in turn has made the players look like idiots
no doubt if this bad run of results continues DOF and the board will prob react to take the blame of themselves and bring someone else in
i almost was jelous of Huddersfield who just took Warnock on out of retirement until i saw that ronnie Jepson was being taken with him again so realising pretty damn quickly they were just a couple of dinosaurs now

I genuinely don't think Critchley is the man to take us forward for reasons I've mentioned previously in particular, his presence & delivery just screams dour and bland to me. He does not look like a man that would motivate a team who are clearly struggling. He may have the badges but he has not got the experience or personality to succeed at QPR in my honest opinion.
But...
This shabby bunch of players need to ask themselves some big questions as they are hanging the manager game by game. Some of their 'play' and ultimately mistakes cannot be left at Critchley's door.
Our defending is fucking atrocious. Our passing and possession game non existent. Our better players have turned to shit & the lack of leadership is clear for all to see.
Sack Critchley if we lose again or continue to? I really don't know. I'd probably say no because I don't think he is the crux of the problems tbh.
We are in a fucking state and It's hard to see how we're going to turn it around into anything half positive this season.

I think the question has to be can we attract anyone here at this moment who can do any better?
Perhaps we can. I feel like a stronger character in the dressing room (dare I say, Warnock esque) might be able to get a tune out of these pricks on the pitch. Problem is we've set our stall out for a particular type of Coach/Manager. What happens when we get into next season and perhaps whoever we bring in no longer fits?
I honestly think the problems at the club run much deeper than the dugout. Les needs to go. In fact there is probably an argument that Hoos and Ramsey can go too and we have a total clearing of the house.
Problem is it will be Bungle and his cronies picking whoever comes in. As such I don't know how much faith I have in someone better being selected. It's all a bit of a mess!

Bang on Tarbs. All that’s missing from this club at the moment are the blazers.

It's all a bit of a mess! its probably why ainsworth would actually be a good fit at this stage, plus we may as well just get appointing him over and done with as we're linked to him every 3 weeks lol. its frustrating as when the eel slithered away to eat urchins up north he left us 7th in the table, level on points with 5th or something. one could argue that we would have been spoilt for choice as to who we could appoint. mark robins for example was heavily linked but there's no chance in hell he'd even consider coming here now. same goes for a lot of upper tier championship managers. do you know who else i think would be a really good fit here? and my god it PAINS me to even suggest his name as the bloke is an arrogant prick. nathan jones

No-one can speak to this young group of players like Warnock could with his squad when he was here. It can be that he will suceed at Huderdsfield, but if NC get`s a few of our injuried players back I feel we have enough to secure a place in the division. More to the point: Whether he is handsome enough, or charismatic enough in interviews doesn`t really count does it? Like we all know, It`s how he can motivate his players in the dressing room and at the training ground that really matters. Personally I hope that he will stay here for 3 seasons more. As harsh as it may sound, we have to plan long term AGAIN, with or without Chair, Dieng, Dunne and Willock etc.etc. Just my opinion.

I was willing to give him a few more games but after seeing what he wears to training it’s all becoming apparent now why the players aren’t performing for him.

Why not put Andy Sinton in charge till the end of the season? Understands the game and would demand players wear the badge with pride. Watching this guy's body language you feel like you are being led into battle by the wellness and diversity officer for CND.

They say its a sign of madness to do the same thing again and again yet still expect a different result. That's what we have been doing throughout Critchley's reign, making the same mistakes. For all Beale's faults he learned from his mistakes and very quickly changed things. Critchley still persisting with playing just two centre halves for eg when both Warbs and Wart Face recognised we need three at the back. Surely its elementary manager school stuff: you are sinking like a stone because you are conceding too easily. So keep it tight at the back, sort the defence out, build from there.
