When the choices were e.g. Liam Manning, Gary O'Neil and Nathan Jones, but we sign Gareth Ainsworth on a 3.5 year deal, there's something clearly a bit fucked with our recruitment policy? I assume they thought it would be a popular appointment. Suppose it was with a noisy minority IOW not only is their recruitment amateurish but they are completely out of touch with the majority of fanbase? |

I just realised he brought Willock on in the 97th minute when 4-0 down. Wtf was the man thinking? In what universe does bringing a midfielder on in the 97th minute when 4-0 down make any fucking sense? All it does is make him look more of an idiot and makes the player look like an arsehole and no doubt royally pissed him off. Fucking clueless!!! There were faint strains of ‘you don’t know what you’re doing’ which he must have heard. Keeping Willock sweet, making sure he gets his appearance money. |

It’s pretty obvious Willock wants away on a free transfer but I’m sure he wants to play to impress any potential suitors.
Playing well could only mean a larger signing on fee and wages from new club.
As to the rights and wrongs of him leaving on a free I would guess it’s something us and other clubs need to get used to.

Surely the board would have to act, either by releasing some funds and risk the ffp consequences, unlikely as I'm convinced they want out and not spend anything, or bite the bullet and bring someone in to hopefully stem this downward spiral. Because everyone in football can see that Ainsworth is not working.

Could only watch and listen to half that, I could not hear any balance in what he says about Ainsworth.Reading the speakers bio he’s what I would expect to hear from a shrink and football is a simple game in principal.
