I can't understand why you're always so optimistic Leighs.

I should believe so. It's now time about time we look to Scandinavia for grit and termination. Many young players in Sweden, Denmark and Norway are also well drilled tactically. Maybe Stefan can use some of his contacts in the game.

Interesting that the Brighton owner and the many other clubs in Europe he part owns was a big supporter of this new ruling by the home office.
A larger pool of players to fish from can only be a good thing when hunting for scraps.

The gradual unravelling of Brexit which even a lot of Tories privately admit was an economic disaster

Without wishing to turn this into a Brexit thread, a lot of people had no problem with the economic benefits of the European Market. It was just the ever increasing political power Brussels was influencing that was the issue for a lot of people. We never originally signed up for that. The freedom of movement and economic benefits were great but that was not enough for the gravy train merchants at Brussels unfortunately.
We should never have been allowed to make that decision though. Most people did not understand all of the issues (me included)

The gradual unravelling of Brexit which even a lot of Tories privately admit was an economic disaster an entirely predictable economic disaster. There was no hard evidence that anything would be demonstrably better. The economy is the only thing that really matters, because if that's fucked then everything else gets fucked as well.

I mean the work we put in to find these hidden gems ππ Played for Ainsworth at Wycombe, free transfer, low wage. I suppose you could argue not a bad option as a squad player. I'm probably being a bit generous there though. If there is substance to the rumour it really does sum up where we are as a club. Re-signing a player that was deemed not good enough a few seasons back.

Isn't Smyth a fast type of player whose movement creates space for other? I`m just trying to be positive/ constructive here...

He's got pace and work rate but not a lot else Shania. My view on him during his last stint was he was too lightweight and really didn't have enough quality about him to play regularly at this level.

Paul Smyth back?
Don't believe it...
Mind you, it would be a very QPR thing to do... bring in skilful, talented youngster from Ireland, fail to develop him, let him go for zilch, then spend money on bringing him back a couple of years later.
