Mind you, it would be a very QPR thing to do... bring in skilful, talented youngster from Ireland, fail to develop him, let him go for zilch, then spend money on bringing him back a couple of years later. He's on a free and doesn't require much in terms of a wage mate. |

He's got pace and work rate but not a lot else Shania. My view on him during his last stint was he was too lightweight and really didn't have enough quality about him to play regularly at this level. i like smyth, hardworking, pacey and direct but he's not a championship player for sure. a good league 1 player imo |

Our rate of inflation is currently higher than other EU countries. I know of no small / medium size business that has benefitted from this abortion. I looked at him yesterday and has decent numbers albeit in Cyprus, from memory top scorer in the league with 17 goals, some from headers and pens watching from his YouTube highlight video.
Looks ok to me if true.

Having reflected on the Smyth thing a bit, I don't mind it. Given the pickle we seem to be in financially, he's probably a safe bet for a squad player. We know what we'll get. At least he'll put a shift in, and he's probably a half decent outlet for type of football Ainsworth is likely to play. He always gave 100% when he got a chance last time round. Probably about where we need to set expectations at this point in time.
