Can't be Alan, surely? It's been several months. Yeah but one of those strange ones where they walk off even though something serious has gone. He’ll have done some ligament or other.

With the numbers of overseas players of different race colour and religion now playing in England I am sure in current circumstances this will be one of thousands of vile "social" media posts. Prompting a public reaction is exactly what the morons who post this c**p want and calling themselves "fans" is well - words fail me. Ignoring them is the best thing to do but saying that is easy, doing it is something much harder.
A bigger worry is when (and I mean when not if) players start to get this sort of abuse while on the pitch on match days. The effect on them is bad enough but the resulting clashes between fans can only lead to a return to the worst of the football violence days.

There is definitely talent there - two Champ assists and played about two halves of senior football in his life. But also long periods of anonymity.
If the rumoured wide players are incoming I’d like him loaned to a L1 club at least until Jan - maybe the whole season - and let him learn the game on someone else’s cheque. Hopefully the club will work hard to land him a good club. None of this National League or L2 bollocks. Think he is good enough already to be a L1 starter and has the potential to go much higher later.

I like the look of him. Seen a few say he ain't up to this level, but I'm not sure I agree with that. Given the amount of first team football he's had, I think he's doing alright. Might benefit from another loan if a few more wingers are inbound.
Does seem to pick up a lot of knocks though.

think a loan would be good especially if we bring in some players to replace him. he needs to bulk up a bit though, far too lightweight.

think a loan would be good Beg to differ. If they're good enough, they're old enough. Sending him off now wouldn't help his confidence and we'd be none the wiser. If I was Marti I'd play good cop with RK, bring him off the bench, he will come good but he needs to be played up top off a 9, he'll do damage. Having said that, it wont matter who plays up there if we don't create enough. And for me we're still not doing that.

I just wonder how much of a look in he'll get Hal. We've apparently got 2 new signings inbound that play in a similar position, and chair to come back in. At this stage of his development he might well need more than 20 minutes here and there.

Has anyone heard / read these rumours about Rayan? Refusing to sign a new deal and refused to go out on loan so Marti has ruled him out of first team contention?

Why would we want to send him out when we’ve only got Celar and Frey, plus Lloyd - who maybe a forward but isn’t a striker.

I think he needs a loan. He's not going to get steady minutes with us yet and that feels like what he needs.

First is this story true ? - doubt the club will announce anything but team selection will provide a pretty good clue.
I think most will agree he needs game time to develop but refusing to sign a new contract - probably wanted more cash or a longer term before he has done anything really for the first team, and refusing to go on loan to get game time.? Stupid. Who is advising these young players or do they all think they are the next best thing to Eze. How to kill a career before it starts.

I'd take it with a pinch of salt. Who's the source? Seems like a very stupid move by the boy if it's true. Refusing a loan move means zero football for him, really stupid.

Strikers play between the goals. Lloyd played wide for Eastleigh (scored a few goals but wasn’t a striker) and has been used wide by Marti. Kolli, when introduced, has mostly played centrally off the striker. You wouldn’t call Smyth a striker? But he’s a forward.

I’d call him a winger not a forward.
