How many managers has he worked with and how many have suceeded? he’s been here long enough and got more wrong then he’s got right. What ever the metrics are he’s measured on he can’t be succeeding unless the ask is to bring in shit in which case he’s excelling. So how come managers come and go yet this guy survives? This needs to be addressed as until the recruitment is improved we face the same crap year on year

We can’t allow the PR, spin and slick presentations to distract us from what is actually important. That’s just noise to pacify us and make it feel like we’re engaged but one of that shit matters in the grand scheme of things.

I think it is worth asking the question to those in charge in written form. Crowds will drop and morale will go and quickly. Marti will at some point be moved on but the core of the problem will have survived again. It is a very very tough watch right now and similar feel to Critchley's brief spell where losing became normal.

Ainsworth was sacked for less.

Ainsworth was sacked for less. Based on the start of this season compared to start of last, I think we suffered with injuries in both and I think Ainsworth had 2 (?) good games. 2 more than Marti. But Marti does have last season in the bank.

Ainsworth was sacked for less. we were one nil down after 5seconds on the first day of the new season under him 3-0 down after something like 25mins we lost 5-0 to league 1 Oxford the week before. We lost every home game under him from the start of season to his departure (August to October) bar a draw with Swansea. He was a car crash

Ole Gunnar Solskjær is available. Not sure he can get the injured players back though.

Not sure what mc is supposed to do with a spine full of pussys and cowards? That’s on recruitment. If he’s part of it then fair enough but I don’t include new players in that opening statement. Sam field, ever present In a fucking shit team, jimmy dunne ever present, ilias chair(not today) ever present, Paul smyth ever present. See the pattern? The squad is full to the brim with absolute cowards. Not one of them would be guaranteed starters in any other championship squad. Add into that a regressing Ken Paal, no proper right back, no strikers of any quality. The squads an absolute shambles from top to bottom. The club needs a hard reset and new ownership, new standards, a new direction because I don’t know about any of you but repeating this same old bullshit year in year out is sending me to the brink of fucking hating football

He needs to play the same team as was successful last season defence and midfield But with Dembele instead of Willock and Frey instead of Dykes
Its the only way he will survive No more playing from the back kick to the wings Otherwise he will be sacked by Christmas
Anderson Madson Celar Heverson Just total rubbish bench all of them They are disrupting the whole team Bring back Haden in January

Dunne Cook Jcs Paal Varane Colback Field Saito Frey Chair This side would stay up imo And play them in that formation. Here’s the thing. we’re actually improving playing out, sure he needs to mix it up more, but the real problem is the complete and utter lack of threat and penetration going forward. No use playing out if it all grinds to a halt our side of the half way line. Just been watching Brighton, they were getting quick ball to a front line of four and sometimes 5. You’d say that was suicidal vs City but City were over run, couldn’t handle the pace. We absolutely have to speed up our own game at this level , and one way of doing that is to set up differently.

Only Dembele seems quick rest much a muchness Smyth too but giving him the ball is pointless might as well just give it straight to the keeper as that’s where it ends up when he’s on the ball.
