It will not happen but we could do worse than getting someone in who can coach our attackers specifically. Kevin Betsy is supposed to do that, no? I saw that now. His track record is good also... |

Well he was pretty darn good in the Football Manager game back in the day 🤣 My post was half tongue in cheek to be fair. Betsy was highly rated as a youngster. I've actually got a few mates in common with him. Woking is just down the road from where I grew up and my first job as a teenager was there. |

Smyth 100% effort 0 result. Best he achieved today was getting pulled down on edge of box. It will not happen but we could do worse than getting someone in who can coach our attackers specifically. We had a striker from near the top of the tree as DOF for ten years and in that time it only improved when Austin came back with his ego and big mouth. He made his feelings known and got a response. There’s a clue…. |

There’s a clue…. I dont think it improved under Austin at all. Dykes was marginally better for like a month. Aside from that forward line aside from Austin remained the same inept. |

It did. Thats how we stopped the rot. He scored a few and Dykes looked more like a striker for a while.

But I don’t think that was anything to do with Austin or how do we explain dykes being dog shit rest of time under Austin.
We improved because of Stefan imo Austin got credit because everyone loved him from first stint.

U can’t teach a whale to walk on land
So u can’t teach players who clearly aren’t strikers to score goals prolifically

As i said Dembele and Saito are luxury players To come of the bench only when we need it Fill the defence and midfield with Dunne Cook Jcs Paal Varane Madson Field Chair Proper tough players for this league Hang on General. I thought you weren't keen on that MF a couple of weeks back? Calling for Colback and Hayden? Think at least one of those two will play a part before the season is out. Also need to remember Kiki was played out of position when he came on. He aint a luxury, he's a necessity on the LHS. One of the very few who can create something given quick ball. |

Agreed about Saito - frustrating to me that he was sitting on the bench while Smyth started. Appreciate Saito prefers the left which is Chair’s role but think we have to somehow shoehorn Saito and Chair into the team and leave Smyth as an impact sub |

Totally correct Hal and glad you have an elastic band around your chopper to keep you alert You are correct a few weeks ago i didn’t want Varane or Madson in the team however they also have installed elastic bands on their choppers and have woken up into much better players of which going on current form would play I love playing with wingers is the Qpr way but not at the expense of relegation buddy Fill the team with strength to get us out of this situation then bring in the fluffers 👍 |

I hope Varane does step up as he will
eventually replace Colback in the end
which will work with Field
Playing Field in defence whilst Jcs injured
was a masterstroke that he should keep
until Jcs in fit again
