Should be moved om as not one player has come through under his watch. All in all what is the point of him at QPR FC. The problem is the board just pay decent wages to people that bring nothing to the table in results terms. Could say exact same about Andy Belk too. |

No mention of Chris Ramsey and there is Alex Carroll as academy director. Have we missed something? Ramsey is "Technical Director"... Wot? Same as a DOF then? No wonder we haven’t recruited another - it was a fucking expensive jobshare with Les. I hope Ramsey keeps his nose out and lets Cifuentes change things. |

We should be selling out every home game now as the amount of fans who said they won’t attend until Ferdinand, Ainsworth, Fernandes and Ainsworth are gone can now return 😁
I think that’s most deadwood gone now and a blank canvas to work with. Let’s hope they don’t fuck up filling roles with wrong people. They appear to have got manager right so fair dos, have not rushed filling DOF again well done.

JFR was leaking that les was leaving months before it was actually announced so the board would have likely come to a decision regarding les weeks or possibly even months before JFR knew about it and yet the DOF situation is no clearer. a DOF is crucial to the modern game and can shape an entire clubs long term future. what worries me is that all of the departures are nothing more than cost cutting measures. i'd wager that ramsey's right hand woman manisha taylor will be appointed on an interim basis as head of the academy as its a cheaper in house appointment and looks good for the PR. either that or hoos is given yet another hat lol. heck, we might even shut our academy down completely. the board want to sell, its complete radio silence from them and we're making big moves to reduce costs as much as possible. i've made no secret that i think CR was doing a reasonable job given the circumstances. i won't lose any sleep over his departure as life goes on but i'm more concerned at what this restructure actually means. |

Who is she? she used to be on the LFW podcast every now and then and is also a sports journalist. total buffoon though. i don't know if you remember about the "bring a black day" QPR memes a few years back but it originated with her as she had insinuated that the club were racist as we don't have many black fans and was suggesting thar the club do more to bring them in. she always seems to have some silly opinion or another, not in a shock jock vein, but more so that she speaks before she thinks. |
