He is also very very slow on the turn which means we are always vunerable on that especially without a specialised left back.

Still early days and we look like a proper outfit who will cause sides big problems as the season develops. Really enjoyed a lot of our play, of course defending needs work, we caused Swansea a lot of problems.

Feel for warburton. Must be fuming. Gets them playing some lovely football and they defend like fucking children. Hope there’s some very harsh words in that dressing room. Barbet wants to sort his fucking life out or warbs will drop him. 3 on target from 21 is also hideous. We’re obviously very new as a group and these things take time but the simple shit really shouldn’t have to be worked on. At least hit the target, anyone that’s ever stood anywhere near a full size professional goal will tell you it’s fucking massive and to be so consistently missing the target isn’t good enough. Need a win Saturday and all will be forgiven.

On my way back, can't believe we lost that game. Barbet for BFG and Wells from the start and we would have won that. Still, early days and we looked so good at times, it's got to turn round for us. And that linesman was a cunt.

Agreed we did play well going forward but are handicapped by defenders who not know how to defend in a basic way. Highlighted again tonight that our left hand side is very weak and can be got at. In saying that the 3rd goal down our right was just as bad.. |

That was disappointing
Defended Barbet earlier but another clumsy tackle and pen that’s not good enough
Tidy in the non danger zone no penetration where it counts is summary. Players we have been shouting for (Chair, Kane and scowen) actually never added anything despite promise.
Hard graft needed on training ground now on final ball and finishing or we can right this season off as while we continue wasting chances were going drop more points then we win
