No competition for places, so u know however you perform good chance u in match day squad. So no incentive to fight. Can go through motions and pick up your wage Only profession where you can perform below par every week and still get well paid. Bunch of soft centred fuckers in our squad of players

Because ‘before Wolves’ I was enjoying watching us move the ball around, and forward, quicker and he had Chair and Willock working little triangles together all over the pitch so they both looked like our next big money transfer. We scored goals. We defended better - everyone saying Dieng has gone off, ever thought there’s a connection? He’s a cunt for what he did to us but I’m not rewriting history to make out he was no good from the start. I sit with you I can say categorically from listening to you, and rightly so, you never enjoyed any of his final 5/6 games as you were questioning what was going on and you were right to do so. Before Wolves

Sounds more like you're the one who's blinded by your clear hatred of the man. the best manager weve had since warnock and with another couple of transfer windows behind MW i dont think we would be still crying out for a striker It fell apart tactically under Warbs because the play out was so slow - we were a free lunch for an organised press and got found out. I'm not sure how the striker thing would have been sorted out either, since the relationship between Les and Warbs had broken down over the striker issue.

willock is a prime example as he always looks hesitant in games now If you listen to the recent LFW interview with Les he's saying that the entire squad is suffering with a confidence crisis since Beale left. Clive questioned if the players have downed tools. Les is adamant this is not the case and it's 100% down to a confidence crisis. He said the club have now brought in a sports psychologist to try to get to the bottom of it and rectify. Critchley very much involved in the process too.

Pathetic really. How can a "confidence crisis" be allowed to spiral like this? Screams of poor leadership to me.
That being said, a sports psychologist is a good shout. Someone like Dykes is screaming out for one.

I can see if had a serious injury u might be worried getting stuck in. But rest a lot of it comes down to mindset. soldiers go through it too. look at the taliban or north vietnamese as a prime example. they were outmanned, outgunned and having the shit kicked out of them most of the time but they still won because that had belief in what they were doing. our players have downed tools, idc what les has said. look at the players whenever we concede, they just look down and cba to pick themselves back up. the club went on for years about signing "the right sort" of player but aside from stef and field i don't see much professionalism in the squad.

Our so called rivals Brentford and Fulham. One draws at the top team in England away and the other wins against an in form Forest. They sit 8th and 9th in the premiership. And yet we have to sit through Les and Hoos and Critchley. They are failures. The lot of them.

Everything is out to get them folk. Aint that a fact. Look at Everton against Arsenal and Leeds during the week against Man U. Absolutely shocking that neither team could win for toffee then low and behold, manager gets the tin tac and all of a sudden they’re able to turn in a performance. Too many players around theses days acting like spoilt brats, if they don’t get their own way they don’t turn up. Someone needs to remind them that their dummy spitting antics impacts on the fans. I have to put up with a 12 and 17 year old at home who sulk when things don’t go their way, but these muppets playing for the club are taking it to another level.

We don’t need a DOF and a committee. We need a manager and a financial director.

It could be just people born since i was. Do seem to be a lot of pussies about these days. Got fucking all sorts of stuff wrong with them that we never had back then. Everything is out to get them folk. i don't think thats neccesarily true tbh. the difference nowadays is we have access to the internet and most of us (all ages lets be honest) spend a considerable amount of time on their phone and so we are able to read/view about everything. we all know what a SJW is and have seen videos of their freakouts etc. fact of the matter is male suicide rates have dropped dramatically from 21 per 100k in the late 80s to 14 per 100k as of 2 years ago. a drop of about a third. is that a bad thing? or is it a case of there simply being more help to people nowadays and does it make you a pussy to receive therapy? people have ALWAYS had issues and there has always been weird people about. there's without question as many negatives to point out about the 60s-80s as there is today. everyone will view their prime years as "those were the days" and i guarantee that parents and grandparents from the 60s-80s were saying how soft 'todays' generation is. i'll probably do the same when my son is older. i don't like cancel culture, i don't like wokeness and i certainly do think some people my age need to just get on with it but in the same breath i'm happy to live with the negatives of today as i get to enjoy the positives.

Critchley - 3.5 year contract. Who's brilliant idea was that? Oh yes, the committee. IOW a euphemism for zero accountability.

Critchley - 3.5 year contract. Who's brilliant idea was that? Oh yes, the committee. IOW a euphemism for zero accountability. It shows how the CEO and D.O.F are mugging off our still after 12 years clueless owners. Celtic used to give 1 year rolling contracts and that is the model we should adopt as no one will succeed at this club with the board and players we have.

The dof picked the manager, but the manager has overseen the collapse. But you'd trust that same DOF to pick the next incumbent again?
