mid table mediocrity for his entire tenure.
not good enough in the transfer market.
the youth progression has relatively dried up.
poor appointment in NC.
acts far too late.
poor scouting department.
core backroom and manager continuation completely nonexistent.
no clear future for the club.
its just a joke.

the only time this club has run properly in the past 20 years
remove the Director of Football role have a football manager and 1st team coaches whack the head of youth team in the mix and get a couple of physios and keeper coach
and then the whole squad of players and fans know whos in charge
