I would help the club out but wouldn't want the punishment of a season ticket for 3 years...that's just cruelty!!

Yeah, I'm perplexed by this too. I was certain there was going to be a serious reshuffle behind the scenes this summer.

It wouldn't be a tough decision to make for a lot of fans I think Stan. Cost of living at the moment is a joke, and the football has been dire. My last UK trip was the first time I can remember that I came back and didn't bother going to a game. I even went to watch Leatherhead play one Saturday instead!

Fair play to all the fans that have renewed. got you, but the only chance of any regime change will be when a significant % of supporters stop subsidising the club. Meanwhile everyones just being jerked off. We're a very placid bunch really.

Got to say I'm 70-30 in favour of Chris Ramsey. I like him and It's gotta be fair to say his hands are massively tied trying to recruit never mind develop young players who we hope will transition into the first team. QPR are not an attractive proposition for young players at all. There are so many other better clubs, better equipped, better base for youngsters to start from than us. He can't demand young footballers come to QPR, he can just work with what we get through the door which is usually players that have already had the rule ran over them from pretty much all the other bigger and better London clubs who deemed them not at the standard they require. It really is a thankless role. Hopefully the new training ground / facilities will get some youngsters heads turned. I hear you Jimmy. But IMO: Whether Ramsey's hands have been tied or not, the bottom line here is the appointment hasn't worked. Neither has Belk's. And that's two salaries being taken up. Three salaries including Ferdinand. Five salaries including Hall and Impey. (Jury seems out on Furlong...) Again, and apologies for sounding like a broken record here, but how is it other similar budget and size clubs have been able to completely overtake us over the last 8+ years, if the above appointments were working out well?

Unless we’re going get the dads to pick the team etc so that’s not a cost you can save I’m afraid. If you want challenge their capabilities then that’s another question and a fair topic of debate. Same belk your not saving a wage there by getting rid the conversation is his ability and success. If he’s not delivering replace him.

Indeed, save the wasted wages by replacing with those who can at least deliver. No one is arguing that you don't need staff at all, but it can be argued that there's too many and the system can be streamlined with more competence. And on that, my second paragraph is the bigger point.

Fabrication mate load of crap this is Marketing This I know my seats are available, I know the price, I'm not bothering to think about renewing till the last week in June.... However I probably will The extra 5% QPR cash didn't tempt me and nothing so far from the club has enticed me to hurry up with my decision .... Last season really has dampened my fire about QPR and football in general completely....

Again, and apologies for sounding like a broken record here, but how is it other similar budget and size clubs have been able to completely overtake us over the last 8+ years, if the above appointments were working out well?Just my personal opinion on things. Point 1) It hasn't worked but my previous points stand. You could have THE best academy manager in the world in charge but if that person can't get the quality of player through the doors then it isn't going to work. We are not an atractive proposition. Point 2) How the man is still here is a joke. The owners deserve all the shit they get by continuing to employ Ferdinand. His business conducted has been nothing short of disgraceful. The amount of money pissed away from transfer fees, wages and terminating contracts must be eye watering. Point 3) This I totally agree on and can only say it's from the top down. When you have idiots running a football club who have no knowledge of the game, no influence over the decision making and no bollox to fire the failures they are paying this is what happens. Hoos & Ferdinand are laughing because they effectively run the club without scrutiny or threat of the sack as the owners clearly don't have any answers. I guarantee if they'd taken us down they would still be in a job for the reasons I just said. Fuck the owners. The useless cunts are not only throwing their money away but they are forcing us to watch absolute dog shit week after week by not making the decisions good owners should be making. We all know they're only here for the real estate side of things. It's crystal clear.
