Laird has never played a first team game in Prem for Man U.His contract according to transfermarket ends 30 June 2023?
If it’s true it’s a season long loan then surely a permanent transfer is a decent possibility?
edit just seen an article where Man U have an option of another year

tbh i'd rather have laird than sterling, he's a much better player than dujon imo.
thought he was excellent at swansea and will fit seemlessly into beale's side.

Write him off now. Every time we sign someone from United they're dogshit 🤣

Can’t remember this lad or the Chelsea one play but I note the Utd kid only managed 6 first team appearances for Bournemouth and there is no option to buy - still guess we are desperate

He was injured for Bournemouth, so he'll fit in well.
I don't know much about Laird, I heard he was going to PNE but also heard he is coming to us. Sterling sounded good, he has a lot of pace which is something we lack.
Man Utd fans seem upset that he's leaving them, but then they thought that about Sean Goss and where is he now?
Open mind though, at least Laird has already done well at this level.

Bournemouth had too many loan players eligible to be in the match day squad, there’s also Scott Parker decision making to take into consideration, how could he not pick Mitro when he was manager at Fulham?
I agree with Corbray in that he’s probably better than Sterling, especially going forward. If you listen to latest WLS podcast Dan Bennet(Blackpool fan) gave his thoughts on Sterling.

Looks like it’s done if this guy is calling it. He’s very linked in and said Salter and Perl had signed before anyone knew

Ethan who? I remember other Man U ‘exciting prospects’ so I’ll wait to see him.

Ethan who? I remember other Man U ‘exciting prospects’ so I’ll wait to see him. had good season in championship last year at both Swansea and Bournemouth averaging nearly a 7 Apparently it’s loan with option to buy which is promising

laird is a quality player at this level. did very well at swansea, fast, attack minded and good with the ball. has a good cross on him too.
had he stayed at swansea instead of going to bournemouth then i think he'd have been part of utds first team this year as a backup option or he would have been loaned to a prem club.
its a very very good signing for us though

Hope he is better than a number of other United loan signings. Or anyone we've signed from Utd in recent years. Goss Macheda Park Fabio Hopefully won't be adding Laird to the list of failures.

Goss Macheda Park Fabio Hopefully won't be adding Laird to the list of failures. was my point but I’m encouraged by what Corbs, Westy and Sparks have posted. Looking forward to seeing him. I do feel a bit sorry for Kakay as the fans’ opinions must have filtered down to him and he isn’t shit, but no room for sentiment.
