Think Beale has done exactly the right thing - the Villa lad was crap against Millwall. Play your own players unless a loan player is clearly better.

Play your own players unless a loan player is clearly better. i think tim will be a good player but agree that he wasn't great against millwall. dozzell too though has been in the best form of his career with us though (albeit not a very high bar to overcome!) so its good to see him start. happy with the team overall though, going 2-1 to us. |

Pretty even game. Not sure the tactics were deploying suit us but still in the game.
They look lively on counter. Ball coming back to quickly when it goes forwards.
Front three not really got into game

pretty poor first half. dunne has been unusually sloppy, paal has set a record for the most throw ins conceded whilst roberts has been anonymous up top and has held onto the ball for far too long at times.
really impressed with balogun though!

Two CB are slow so why were not playing Roberts on their shoulder and sliding balls through is beyond me he would rip them a new one; Instead we’re playing to their strength. |

It seems like Neil has sussed us out. Willock too much involved and our only threat really , but we`re still much better organised defensively when Balagoun has been introduced though.
