I don’t want to hear him keep saying he’s only been here for 3 months then predicting we will get get 60 points with 8 games left to play, talk is cheap. That was 60 points after 40 games. Where are the extra ones coming from? Those were MB exact calculations and words not mine. |

Massively? Last season we had 15 points from first 10 games. Same as this season. Massive. The whole culture of the club feels less toxic, less old fashioned, more up to speed. Remember this is me saying this, I've got form for pointing out how utterly stone age we've been. If I think we're dross I say so. Sounds good, but means nothing if it doesn't materialize in more points than what we got last season. |

I'm pleased with our start to the season given a new manager and key injuries. The players brought in look useful and we'll come out of the break with practically a full strength squad that is starting to show the value of having spent time training together.
Very optimistic about the next couple of months up to the WC.
