Gaz interview on WLS
Can't post the video here on my phone but basically Gaz says:
Important to show belief in the younger players and it'll help their development and confidence.
Gotta get used to thinking of games being 100mins with all the injury time being added now.
Proud of the performance last night despite the result. There has to be more focus on holding onto the ball to close games out now with injury times being increased. But need to up fitness to get to 95-96mins still pushing.
Concussion sub used last night (might've been why there was a 6th sub) with Archer coming off for Walsh. Archer being assessed, can't take the risk with concussions.
Hoping everyone bar Jimmy Dunne and Lyndon Dykes will be in contention for Saturday, including Colback, Willock and JCS. May have to put JCS in the development squad to get game time before first team.
Wants to get a striker in before the window shuts but not sure we can, looking to the youngsters like Kolli to step up.
Sure you'll be able to find the video but I wrote it up as I watched it.

Owners knew what they were getting in terms of his style/presentation.
I do think people going in a bit hard on his look as if we were flying and picking up results no one would care.
Suppose he could do bit more to smarten up his act but then he’s bending over for the crowd and if results or performances stay the same what difference would it make if he’s stood in a tracksuit with short back and sides he’s still going get dug out.
