i like him tbh. he needs to come up to speed a bit, certainly an upgrade on kakay but he backs off far too much when in a 1v1.

Hasn’t blown me away, but it’s definitely an upgrade on Kaykay especially his positioning. At least he is in the right areas, unlike Ozzy who is constantly caught out of position.

Better option than Kakay.

He was having a stinker first 20 today. Putting passes out of play, missing tackles etc. settled after we scored the 1st though and was pretty good.
He’s not blown me away by any means but definitely a better option than Kakay.

This sounds harsh but if we stay up you need upgrade on him going into next season if you want to have a better season then this one.

Kakays not even deemed good enough for the squad now. Speaks volumes.

Not convinced, but Marti has worked on a few players already so who knows.

Thought he was poor last night and kind of all over the place which is not what we need. Havibg said that still for me better than Kakay.

Basically confirms what many have said: Kakay better offensively; Cannon better defensively - but neither that good at both!
Conclusion, for me, is keep Dunne there for now.

he's polar opposites to kakay so far but on the same level. i still hope he'll come good but aside from a handful of games he hasn't really shone in the side.

I don't rate either too strongly if I'm honest.
A RB is clearly a position that needs sorting pre season as Cannon isn't the solution from what I've seen.
I'd keep Dunne at RB against Rotherham after a sterling performance at Bristol City.

It’s not a long term solution but he’s using the squad well.
