On field I do like him. Does a decent job, probably lacks little bit of pace to be a top player but he’s more then good enough for us

Hope the comment of no set goals is just him playing things down as got be honest if manager and squad have not set themselves targets that is alarming beale said in one of his interviews that he does have goals for the squad and individual players but doesn't want to say them publically as it could come back to bite him lol. he said in a recent interview that he wants to take us into the prem eventually though. i imagine this season is about being competitive and for he and the team to develop and then have a crack at it next season. i do have a feeling that we will make the playoffs but tbh anything above 10th would be a good season for me. on field though i am enjoying his new role in the team, feels like a completely different player. |

I get that would be useful - tho Beale has said anyone who does come in needs to be first choice and I wd be surprised if he drops Field as there is a bit of a bromance there - I just think there are bigger priorities |

A booking tomorrow at Blackpool would mean 2 match ban I think as 37th game is cut off point and he's on 9 (10 including league Cup). Fingers crossed as would be a big loss. Thankfully he didn't get 1 against Watford.

Good point. Also needs to stop grappling opponents in the box - amazing he hasn’t been spotted so far. We haven’t got anyone else like him so need him on the pitch.
