How did people think he did in the short time he was on the pitch? Hard to judge really. Wasn't on long and we were largely bypassing him looking for the winner. |

He wasn't terrible. He did pass forward. He put in some meaty tackles and broke up their atttacks. He's young and very new to EFL football. If he gets the right coaching, I reckon he'll be changing a lot of people's minds about him.

He definitely improved in the 2nd half, just needs time to get up to speed with the championship which is probably like nothing he has been used to previously |

Dropped his shoulder few times and sent his man wrong direction bit like Diakite used to do. Perhaps just needs get used to the pace of the championship. |

Massive improvement 2nd half, it’s a big step up for him and he showed lots of promise 2nd half. When we have a settled side someone’s going to get a fucking good hiding off of us this year. Hopefully Cardiff or wall.

Better team with Colback in it but I still think Varane will be our best central mid come end of season Saw signs of improvement last night and adapting to faster pace of championship |

Like him and he will come good just going to take a bit of time. He gets acout the pitch and does not hide which is always a good starting point.
