I'm disappointed because the first 20 minutes we were so dominant I thought we'd come away with a result. Bet Kamara wont score again this season

Rumours abound that club is considering a name change. Fav front runner is Oxfam park rangers. Blends in with our very generous way of giving away each game. Dont shoot the messenger.

We've seen all the defensive options except Masterson and none has impressed. Time to stop this nonsense and admit we need a more conventional solid unit concentrated on defending properly. They can't pass well so win it and give it short to someone who can. Get some points, build some confidence and try again later if we must when we are safe. Losing becomes a habit very quickly.

Agree mate. And I believe that it is possible to be less gung ho in possession from our own half without sacrificing too much in the way of attacking intent. I don't understand where this kind of shit or bust attitude the manager has comes from.

I don't understand where this kind of shit or bust attitude the manager has comes from. It comes from this delusion that we are developing valuable assets. If anyone from a club that plays out from the back is sitting in our stand with cheque book at the ready I'd be amazed. It's perfectly clear we don't have those players and it just builds pressure on them trying to do a straightforward defending job.

The last part of the match was perfect for Pugh and BOS. Wells was probably taken off because he was tired.

They warned of us that he only had one way of playing and was too stubborn to change and neither were great defensively. Played some good football this season but as a manager he is definitely a one trick pony.

I can see a new manager next season. We have to buy him the players he wants, or develop them for that matter. We simply can`t keep on chopping and changing managers, imo.

But isn't the DOF idea that he has to play with what he's given? I think it's rubbish but isn't that what is supposed to be our way now? I agree we don't want another change but he has to try something else soon. We fell away after Christmas last season - 4 points in nearly three months wasn't it? We don't want to be doing that again.

IMO, our problem atm is that we obviously don`t defend well enough from attack and all the way back to the goalkeeper position.. The cohesion and organisation is not there at all... Makes you wonder what they do in training; developing players individually only? Strange!

I’m really missing the point here. Why are we against passing the ball out?
I’ve sat with you for seasons Al are listened to you sigh watching Ollie and JFH negative lump it football. Why you wishing us back to that? Genuine question

Not wanting hoofball, have never said that, but we are not good enough to play out. Play from midfield with a decent solid defence behind just defending. Their defending is getting worse because they are losing confidence and focus trying to do what they can't do. It's a downward spiral if they don't address it. Play to strengths not blind ideology.

Also, we've been sussed. Managers know they can get at us because we're not comfortable. Second half last night for example.

We played well last night and deserved something from the game but yet again defensively we were beyond poor and at what point do we actually address the situation? Millwall brought Rowett in and he has tightened them up and they are nicking wins because they do not concede. Carry on gifting at least one goal every single game like we are then we are going to find ourselves in a bottom 6 relegation battle.

For the record, I like watching teams play out from the back working their way upfield in little triangles with opponents chasing shadows. It's really skillful, AND LIGHT YEARS AWAY from what we can do.

The problem is not playing out, baffled why so many think it is, it’s our defending. Can change style of play as many are asking/wanting and still be shit defending. Changing style don’t stop Barbet giving away pens, it don’t stop Manning giving his man all the space he wants to put cross after cross in and it don’t stop Lumley miss kicking the ball!!! that’s plain and simple piss poor defending nothing to do with style or passing

We’re never going pass it out like Man City or Arsenal but we don’t have too I ask again all the we need stop passing out etc how many goals has passing out actually cost us?? What did passing out have to do with either of the goals last night

You think Lumley kicks worse than Green, you are disappointed with Kane, you think Hall has gone seriously backwards, you think Manning is a shit defender, Scowen gives the ball away too often and this year Cameron has been poor.....all of which I agree with... And you're asking me why we're not good enough to play a highly technical game?

If fans can see this how come the manager can't? His stubborness on playing and being defensively shit will land us in trouble and cost him his job. The man needs to work out why Brentford and Fulham scored their first goals by getting free headers deep into our penalty area. Sorry but the man needs shaking up as we should not be making the same mistakes in every single game we play.
