not a rumour but, having just watched the fa cup hilights, i really like the look of that french blackpool striker. apart from trying to be a flash cant with the penalty, he scored a very good goal and has bags of pace to boot.
theres a bit of adebyore/kanu about him.
might be worth the scouts taking a look at him.

According to twitter, We have tabled a new bid on McKenna from Aberdeen. Can't see it. Aberdeen have knocked back bids worth up to 5 or 6m quid for McKenna. He's also contracted until 2023. Why would he be available this window for a price we could afford? |

We need money so they won’t be doing us any favours on the price. If you sell to england you do so at a premium same way want extra when dealing with prem sides |

I have only seen him twice, both times playing for Scotland, and I don't think he will bring any significant improvement over what we have. I understand I may have only seen two poor performances from him but I can't see what MW sees in him.

This McKenna is a funny one. I'm yet to see a single fan speak particularly highly of him. Those in Scotland I've spoken to say he's a big lumbering lump and he's over-rated. Yet loads in the game seem to rate him. Maybe they are seeing something the fans ain't?!!

The next Dillon Barnes? TBF to Barnes he does seem to be improving if you only look at his goalkeeping in the pre match drills they do before kick off. I think he might walk back into the Colchester side now.  |
