How much have they got right in their tenure though Stan? The last tweet I saw from McIntyre on Twitter he called for an experienced highly visible Chairman to run the club, I tend to agree. |

Think part of problem is they don’t interfere when they should as they seem nice people who just trust people to do the job. Obviously that’s massive assumption they may well be very hands on but image they give off is they don’t. |

Don't really get why Belk is getting a bashing. It would be like me slating people who work for me cos the company I'm a Director of is failing. Yeah, he's been Head of Recruitment the last 3 years and the singings in that time have been shite. I genuinely don't think he has any clout though. Bloke does spreadsheets. Decisions are made higher up.

Perhaps less so if we had a foreign manager/DOF or smart foreign owners. Have to say I just recently subscribed to Netflix and have been watching the Sunderland documentary and they were properly in the mire until they got a new owner with previous football ownership/history at Marseille FC. Look at their transfer business this season, most of their incomings are young exciting French players. It’s clearly a club on the up. |
