Brilliant news if true. Best we could of hoped for and brings experience of working in this league, playing food football, working with youngsters and on a small budget.
This move should galvanise the squad and we should be excited to see what he can get out of the likes of Smyth, BOS, Eze and Chair to name a few of our impressive up and coming young talents.
I’m actually fairly optimistic about next season now. Think wit a few smart additions and Warburton at the helm we will certainly be competitive and although o don’t expect a walk in the park we should be absolutely fine and might even surprise a few teams.
He’s also fond o the 4 2 3 1 formation and I think that will benefit us massively next season.

I really hope this works out for everyone on here
We've all been through the mill over the last few years
Top 10 will do next year the push on after that with the kids

Top 10 bit ambitious Gens although not impossible if we made some wise additions
Bidwell was one of Warburtons boys Brentford was he not captain?

well done Les He’s the one person who might not be so happy. Agreed. He is known for not wanting to work under a dof. This appointment could well spell the end of that structure.... Quite satisfied with warburton. Heres to next season.

Can't say I'm too impressed to be honest. Whoever was appointed was going to to be a gamble, especially with our financial position. As always, I'll see how it goes before I form any expectations. The only thing we can be sure of is that Les will get the blame if it doesn't work out.

But if he is successful then Les can take the plaudits
We are still waiting for this though after five years of him in charge of dof

would rather have ainsworth here as i just don't feel good about warburton's appointment, not to be a negative nancy about it! either way i really hope that he can do a good job here. sick and tired of going through manager after manager every 5 months

Hits. Thats what worries me, Whether his Rangers and Forest Stints have taken away the bloke who did so well at Brentford. The positive is that Brentford team was very slick so lets hope that is what we get.

I think this is probably a decent appointment. Although some comments I've heard from Forest and Rangers fans concern me a bit. That said, I think our expectations here these days are a bit lower than those 2 sides!

At least he has had much experience in this league and plays good football
In our position we are not a very attractive proposition any more for many managers

Tarbie. His Rangers stint in the Premier league was when Rodgers went up there and dominated scottish football so they will hardly be very complimentary about him.

Sherwood would have been a disaster
Real hope for next year now get them fit drilled and ready for the new season
We go again look at Brentford on 64 points ffs if they can do it so can we
