Thought him and Kakay were pretty solid tonight to be honest.
First goal, Wallace completely switched off and didn’t follow his man, the second goal I actually thought fair play to Coventry and the third goal was poor from barbet.
Carroll, Amos and Cameron were shit in front of them not only defensively but offered nothing creative.
The lads decent, we need to get behind him. We have bigger issues then dickie ie -
Lumley
Wallace
AMOS as a CAM
Chair as a winger
No creativity in the middle of the park
Cameron as club captain
Let alone our defensive play I wonder how we are going to score. Our passing is great but we go no where with it and we miss that killer ball and even when we do go forward we have Amos looking lost or Chaor cutting back and going back to our goal.
All very odd and MW and the board need to go and get some players in ASAP.
We need players like Ben Watson,Adomah, Bonne a genuine CAM who can handle champ football and a lb!

I'm sure he'll prove to be a quality CB, just needs time to get used to how much work he'll have to do with a non-existent CDM in front of him and a wannabe midfielder as a CB partner.

Him and Masterson woukd be first choice this Barbet is nowhere near strong enough. Maybe the time to play 3 centre backs.

The issue the left hand side of the defence is costing us game after game. Surely after the way Wallace and Manning have performed that young Niko is giving a chance as Wallace looked old and slow last night. |

Wasn't really meant as a criticism of Dickie as a player.like I said, good on the ball. Just that he didn't win too many headers in the box. He's certainly no Richard Dunne which is what we need with our record of defending corners and dead balls.

Very tidy player. Much better in a three than a flat back four. That compensates for his slight lack of pace. Which explains why he's sometimes too hands on. Not recently that though.

A flat back Four would suggest having F/Bs whose main ability was to be able to defend properly..we haven’t had any to do that.
I said before I would like for us to be able to play Four at the back as it would provide more options in fitting in more attacking players into the line up.
